Affordable IFAS Alternative

We love Holo Electron sets. They are are well made, robust and reliable and just plain work!

IFAS Machines are out of reach of many people these days with the prices that they fetch (if you can even find one in decent condition!). Holo Electron offer an affordable alternative for the home user.

Output of these machines is about 2/3 what you would expect from an IFAS, and that is more than enough for most people's needs and many times more than the cheap solid state "beauty wands" that proliferate on eBay.

This machine hails from the late 1960s (although the design on these didnt fundamentally change for the best part of 50 years..).

We have "upgraded" the elctrode suite to include a vintage Intensifier Electrode and Spiral Electrode. Both of these offer more useable potential than the original Holo Electron electrodes.

Electrodes included are:

Saturator Electrode
Ball Tipped Electrode
Comb Electrode
Throat Electrode
Cautery Electrode
Spiral Electrode
Intensifier Electrode

The machine has had new leads and plugs installed, along with the mains poer cable being hard wired in for safety. Componentry has been replaced where required and the unit has been test run and tuned.

The original case has been cleaned and sealed, and shows a nice patina.
