Many rare and irreplaceable electrodes

It is becoming rarer and rarer to see these big sets in complete or repairable condition. Once fairly common, those days are long gone, with many not surviving a century of neglect or misuse.

WAPA Strahler were a manufacturer that was reasonably prolific in the late 20s/early 30s, which is the period that this machine dates from. Featuring an absolutely huge suite of electrodes, the actual machines varied in build quality, depending upon which market they were aimed at. This machine is one of their "upmarket" versions, and is reasonably powerful and has rheostat control of the output. A machine such as this one would have been marketed to either a local doctor, or a well-to-do member of the public.

ALL of the electrodes included are vintage pieces and have been fully tested. They include:

Now, if that's not enough, this unit presents really well in it's original case - roughly 500mm x 350mm in size. The case has been cleaned and sealed, and feature the original velvet interior in excellent condition. This machine is indeed a survivor for an era long gone, and would not look out of place in a museum.
